WeRock Club Membership
Contract 2010-2011


By signing below you agree to all terms and conditions listed in this
contract and if found not abiding by these terms and condition,
WeRock Management has the right to terminate your Membership at
any time and revoke your key to the WeRock Property. Also by signing
below, you are taking full responsibility and full liability for yourself and
all other people that accompany you onto
WeRock Property.

1.   CLUB DUES:  Same as Basic +Club Dues are expected at the time
of registration. New year registration begins every year on April 1st  
and membership continues until the following April 1st. Combo Club
Membership fees are $600.00. If you fail to register before April 30th,
your Camper, Building or any other property that is located on WeRock
property will then become the property of WeRock and you will not will
be eligible for a Combo Membership. If after April 30th, you decide to
become a Basic Member your club dues will be $200.00 for a Basic
Membership. If you choose to register after May31st you will then be
charged a late fee which will be an additional $25.00 late fee plus
$200.00. You will not be prorated after you have once become a
member.
2.   KEY RULES:  Same as Basic +As a Combo Member, you will
receive a # numbered key. This number is your WeRock number and
follows you throughout your paper work. As a Combo Member, you
and your Spouse can possess a # key. If you choose to obtain a
spouse key, please let me know at registration. If you are not married,
you are only aloud one key, this will cut down on much confusion.
These keys are not to be sold or exchanged with others.
3.   AS A COMBO MEMBER MY LIMITATIONS ARE: Same as Basic +
As a Combo Member you will have a designated location on WeRock
property to maintain you personal camp area. In this designated area
you can maintain a camper, portable building, temporary hut, tent etc.
These semi-livable facilities should be discussed with management
before building any structure or moving a structure into place. WeRock
management along with you as a member will choose your camp area.
Ground work will ONLY BE PERFORMED BY WEROCK
MANAGEMENT. No outside equipment should be on WeRock
property, unless authorized. The camp area that is designated to you
should remain at a minimal amount of land, do not over extend your
area. Do not cut live trees for firewood. Do not make alternative
driveways, parking areas or trails.
4.   BATHROOMS: Same as Basic +   We have a Bathhouse for your
toiletry needs, a dishwashing area for dish washing and showers for
hygiene, this is for every ones convenience. By having this Bathhouse,
it is totally against our WeRock Rules to use, obtain or dispose of any
Black or Gray Water on any of WeRock property grounds. If you use
your bathrooms or sinks in your camper or building, it must be removed
in a portable Honey Pot to a licensed facility outside of WeRock or you
must request an appointment for it to be remove by a licensed disposal
truck. There is not to be ANY  Black or Gray water to be disposed of
into the Bathhouse Septic Tanks. The Bathhouse is not a licensed
disposal facility.
5.   VISITORS @ CAMP:  All Combo members are welcome to have
non-member visitors. The Combo member is responsible for informing
the non-members of all WeRock rules and regulations. If they are
found not abiding by the rules they will be ask to leave WeRock. A
non-member guest should not enter WeRock with and off-road vehicle
of any kind. They must become a member to drive an off-road vehicle
@ WeRock. The Combo Member is responsible for non-member
actions. You are also responsible for letting your guest in and out the
bottom gate.
6.   PARKING: Same as Basic +  If your vehicles including trailers do
not fit in the driveway of your camp, please park them in the front
parking lot or in Bonfire Field.
7.   CLEANLINESS:   Your campsite must be free and clear of
garbage. What comes in must go out. If your camp becomes an eye
sore, you will be ask to clean it up and if it persists on being unsightly,
you may be ask to remove your entire camp. Vehicles left at your site
must be at a minimal, it may not become a junk yard for the things that
you do not wish to be in your front yard @ home.
8. GROUNDS:  No matter what you place on WeRock land, camper,
building tent etc. The land you are using will always remain WeRock
Property. This is not a lease to purchase plan. You as a club member
are only leasing this land from WeRock for temporary use, from year to
year. WeRock Management can ask you to remove any and all of your
properties without reason and without prior notice. If you have chose to
build a temporary building on this sight, you will be responsible for any
and all property taxes on this building and moneys will be collected by
WeRock Management to pay these dues to the county. Property taxes
are not included in your club dues. Your WeRock camp area should
NOT at any time become your primary place for residence. It is not a
permanent living facility. If it becomes a sole resident, you may be ask
to leave or be charged monthly instead of yearly, this would become
costly. This would be decided by WeRock Management.
9.   CHILDREN:   Please speak to your children about WeRock  rules,
we all need them to understand why we have these rules and we
should all do what we can to be a successful club. If your children are
found abusing the rules it will be brought to your attention and you as
a member will reap the benefits.
