WeRock Off-Road Club
Membership Agreement 2010-2011
In this membership contract. You will find many club rules
and regulations that must be upheld all year. If you do not
agree or except these rules and regulations of this
agreement you need not sign below, nor will you be
excepted as a club member. If you do agree and except
these rules and regulations you will need to sign below
and you will be excepted into the WeRock Off-Road Club.
If you become a member and are purposely found
violating club rules and regulations, your key will be
revoked and you will no longer be a club member
indefinitely.

Contract 2010-2011
By signing below you agree to all terms and conditions
listed in this contract and if found not abiding by these
terms and condition, WeRock Management has the right
to terminate your Membership at any time and revoke
your key to the WeRock Property. Also by signing below,
you are taking full responsibility and full liability for
yourself and all other people that accompany you onto
WeRock Property.
1. CLUB DUES: Club Dues are expected at the time of
registration. New year registration begins every year on
April 1st and membership continues until the following
April 1st. Basic Club Membership fees are $200.00. If you
fail to register before May31st, you will be charged an
additional $25.00 late fee plus $200.00. You will not be
prorated after you have once become a member.
2. KEY RULES: As a Member, you will receive a #
numbered key. This number is your WeRock number and
follows you throughout your paper work. When you are
ask to show you key at a key check, your key, number
and I.D must match my records.
Your numbered key gives you access to the WeRock Club
grounds. This key will open the bottom gate and the top
gate. If you lose your key within the year and need
another, it will cost you $200.00.
You can NOT sell your key or let anyone borrow your key
for any reason what so ever!
3. AS A BASIC MEMBER MY LIMITATIONS ARE:
Every Man entering onto WeRock Property with an
Off-Road Vehicle Of Any Kind
!MUST BE A MEMBER AND KEY HOLDER!
As a Basic Member, you and your wife (girlfriend) and kids
under 18 years old can have and drive an off-road vehicle,
of your choice. (Vice Versa if you are a woman key holder.)
If you have a truck, jeep, etc. you can have non-members
passengers in your vehicle, but they can not have their
own vehicle. If you have four wheelers you may also have
non-member passengers.
THE 2 FOUR WHEELER OR 2 DIRT BIKE RULE IS NOW
VOID!
4. SPEED LIMIT IN CAMP AREA: There is a speed limit at
WeRock. As soon as you cross the railroad tracks (before
the front gate) is where the speed limit begins. It ends
after you pass the last camper on the hill. NOT BEFORE!
The speed limit is 5MPH. If you are thought to be going
over the 5mph speed, WeRock Management has the
authority to pull your key immediately or fine you $100.00.
This rule is to keep ourselves and our children safe while
we are at camp.
5. GATES: Keep both bottom and top gates closed at all
times. Do not let anyone in or out until you see that they
have their own key and are a member. If you find a
problem with the gates or locks please call management.
6. GARBAGE: Littering will not be tolerated at WeRock.
There should not be any garbage of any sort, even toilet
paper found on the ground anywhere near the mountain.
Do not through out any garbage anywhere. We like to
keep our mountain clean and the neighborhood that our
property connects to.
7. PARKING: Only park in the front parking area or in
Bonfire Field. Do not park in or on the side of the roads
intended for campers. Always park in a mannerly fashion
for other members.
8. FIREARMS: Firearms are not permitted on WeRock
property.
9. HUNTING: Hunting is not permitted on WeRock
Property. If you hunt you must first exit out the top gate
before doing so.
10. PETS: All pets that you bring onto WeRock property
must be on a leash and kept under control at all times.
11. CAMPING: As a BASIC MEMBER you can camp up
to a week at one time in Bonfire Field. You may bring a
camper or a tent. Clean up your fire and garbage. When
you leave, it should look the same as when you arrived.
ANYONE SETTING UP A TENT OR CAMPER AT WEROCK
MUST BE A MEMBER.
12. TRAILS AND TREES: Do not make new trails at
WeRock and do not cut down trees for firewood.
13. BATHROOMS: Please keep the toilets and showers
clean. Turn off the water and turn down the heaters as
you leave. You can not wash off your vehicles at the
bathhouse.
14. Children: Do not leave your children at WeRock
while riding on the Mountain or going anywhere else.
WeRock is not responsible for your children, you are!
15. NOISE: After midnight the noise level should remain
as calm as possible due to people camping.
IF YOU ARE A COMBO MEMBER WITH A CAMP SITE, YOU
WILL ALSO BE SIGNING A SECOND CONTRACT AS
